Huff and Puff have asthma. Puff's had asthma for a long time and has learned how to control it. Huff has just been diagnosed with asthma and doesn't know what to do. So Puff teaches Huff the Three-Step Asthma Plan.
That's the scenario for Huff and Puff®: The Children's Asthma Program. Huff and Puff are fun-loving, animated characters who teach children ages 4 to 8 about asthma. Through games, music and workbook exercises, children and their parents learn how to take an active role in their care.

Huff and Puff Goes to School
This school based program is for grades K-2 that includes 30 minute classroom education on healthy breathing, not smoking, asthma awareness and how children with asthma can use a three step plan when having trouble breathing. A hands-on interactive felt board is used to focus on the breathing pathway and lungs. Students also view an animated DVD and learn the importance of taking care of themselves.
