Breast Care

Breast Care at St. John's offers expert care with a personal touch and digital mammography, the latest in breast imaging.

With digital mammography, low energy X-rays pass through the breast exactly like conventional mammograms, but the images are recorded electronically, just like pictures on a digital camera. This allows radiologists to manipulate the image in order to better view the breast tissue, especially in women with dense, or fibrous breasts. Breast Care also offers same-day mammography results.
