There are two ways to participate as a model in the American Girl Fashion Show. If you are a size 6x or size 10, you may audition to be selected to model the outfits in the fashion show. If you are not those sizes, you may purchase a Guest Model Package listed below.

Models must be size 6x or size 10, however fashions provided by American
Girl vary in fit depending on the costume. It is important to check the size
measurements provided here. Selected girls will participate in one or up to five shows on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. A total of 13 girls size 6x and a total
of 21 girls size 10 will be needed for each show. If you are not a size 6x or size 10, you may still participate in the American Girl Fashion Show by purchasing a Guest Model package, linked below.
Please note that there are character likeness/similarities when auditioning
for the following 12 historical characters. Please be sure to note who you
are auditioning for on the application if you want to try out for a certain
historical character. Models will be needed for each of the following historical characters (please visit www.americangirl.com for more information on each of the characters).

There are two REQUIRED rehearsals prior to the actual event day. The
Audition dates are listed to the right. Each model MUST be registered in
order to audition. Registration deadlines are also listed. Please click here
for a print copy of the Model Application form. Models must be available
anytime April 24th or 25th.
Models who are not selected during an audition may not register for another
audition. Models will be notified by e-mail by March 19, 2010 of selection. |

If you aren’t a size 6x or size 10, you may still participate in the American Girl Fashion Show as a Guest Model. For each of the five shows (one dinner and four daytime), there will be a maximum of 10 Guest Models per seating. The Guest Model Package is listed below and is limited to a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to indicate which show in which you will be able to participate, but note that this will not guarantee your
placement or selection. A confirmation letter will be sent out to notify all selected Guest Models. With the purchase of a Guest Model package, the recipient will receive a goody bag, souvenir t-shirt, doll souvenir t-shirt and meal. |

AGFS Dinner Guest Model Package
The AGFS Dinner will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 24th at the Abraham Lincoln Hotel & Conference Center. Guest Model packages can be purchased for $125 and include:
- Show Ticket for the show in which she is participating ($50 value)
- Opportunity to walk the runway at intermission with their own doll as emcee shares her biography
- With the purchase of a Guest Model package, the recipient will receive a goody bag, souvenir t-shirt, doll souvenir t-shirt and meal. Should partents/family members want to sit with the Guest Model, they will have to purchase individual tickets.
- Special Message printed in the Event Program book
- Models can show off their own favorite doll!
- Photo & brief bio put in Children's Miracle Network AGFS Program Book and on a display board at the show!
- Guest Model Certificate of Participation

A Daytime Guest Model Package to participate either at the
10:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. show on Saturday, April 24 or Sunday, April 25 at the noon or 3:00 p.m. show can be purchased for $100 and includes:
- Show Ticket for the show in which she is participating ($30 value)
- Opportunity to walk the runway at intermission with their own doll as emcee shares her biography
- With the purchase of a Guest Model package, the recipient will receive a goody bag, souvenir t-shirt, doll souvenir t-shirt and meal. Should partents/family members want to sit with the Guest Model, they will have to purchase individual tickets at one of the ticket.
- Special Message in the Event Program book
- Models can show off their own favorite doll!
- Photo & brief bio put on Children's Miracle Network AGFS Program Book and on a display board at the show!
