Concerns about Quality of Care and/or Patient Safety
Individuals with concerns about patient care and/or safety related to services provided by St. John’s Hospital are encouraged to contact the manager of the involved hospital service or St. John’s Patient Advocate Hotline at (217) 544-6464, extension 77500. If your concerns cannot be resolved by hospital representatives, there are other ways to voice your concerns:
- The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) is an independent, not-for-profit, national body that oversees the quality and safety of health care and other services provided in accredited organizations.
