Patient Information

To obtain and verify registration information, you will be contacted by the hospital prior to your scheduled test or procedure.
The admitting/outpatient entrance is located on Mason Street. Valet parking is available at that entrance, or you may park in the Mason Street Ramp. This entrance is open from 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Admitting personnel will obtain and verify insurance information. If appropriate, they will ask you to sign papers related to consent to treatment and insurance billing. Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID. If you have a Living Will or a Durable Power of Attorney or any written orders, please bring those with you as well.
Leave all valuables at home or with a family member. Dress in comfortable clothing and shoes.
If you have special needs relating to a disability, hearing disorder or if you need an interpreter, please let the Outpatient Admitting Office at (217) 544-6464, ext. 45000 know prior to your arrival.
Once registration is complete, you will be directed to the department for your test. Those scheduled for an inpatient procedure will be escorted to their room.
