Friends of St. John’s Hospital received a grant from the Junior League of Springfield,
Inc. that funded the first year of the Parent Help Line.
Members of the Sangamon County Medical Society Alliance and the Junior League of Springfield made up the core of the
first group of volunteers. Superintendent Helen Tolan and her Sangamon County
Regional Office of Education, a primary partner, provide ongoing
consultation.
Throughout the years, the Parent Help Line has received grants from the above groups
and the following:
American Business Club
AT&T
Family Service Center
Kiwanis
Tracy Family Foundation
