Picture Archiving & Communications System (PACS)

St. John's Hospital uses a digital Picture Archiving & Communications System (PACS) instead of printing images on hardcopy film. This means all radiology exams, from CAT scans to ultrasound procedures, as well as exam results, are available online.

St. John's also distributes radiology exams online. This allows those with the proper privileges to view exams and results over the Internet almost instantly -- from anywhere!
