Under the leadership of Robert McLafferty, MD, a board-certified vascular surgeon, as Medical Director and Patricia Knight as Program Director, the Regional Wound Care Center located at St. John’s Hospital provides comprehensive medical care for non-healing wounds for patients in central and southern Illinois.

At the Regional Wound Care Center, a team of expert physicians and staff use evidence-based medicine and treatment protocols that result in healing wounds, relieving pain and maximizing daily function.
