Healthy Steps (afternoon class)

Put on your comfy clothes and come experience therapeutic movement done to great music, designed to help you thrive! Regardless of health, age or ability level, the Healthy-Steps program improves overall wellness, range-of-motion, balance, strength and endurance, as well as emotional well-being and self-image. Healthy Steps/The Lebed Method has even been proven to help enhance the well-being of those with cancer or other chronic illnesses or medical conditions.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water.

If you are under a doctor’s care for a medical condition or you are recovering from surgery you must provide a doctor’s permission slip to participate.

Class instructor is Bridget Rolens, MA, BSOT

To ensure all those who would like to take this class can participate, Healthy Steps is offered on a donation basis. The suggested donation is $60. Feel free to offer more or less as you are able.

Cancellation policy: You must contact Mind-Body Health Services at (217) 544-5483 at least 24 hours before class start date to receive refund.
