Relax and Renew

Take 30 minutes out of your busy week to calm your mind and refresh your body. The format includes gentle stretching, guided meditations, and reflections that highlight using the mind-body connection to enhance health and well-being. This drop-in class is open to the public and is provided at no cost thanks to a generous grant from St. John's Foundation.
