When people come together, great things happen!

Toast of the Town is the premier fundraising event of HSHS St. John’s Foundation. This tradition is led by a volunteer committee of dynamic community leaders.

The party season kicks off in May with The First Toast, an appreciation party to recognize supporters at the sustaining level and above. Following The First Toast, generous friends host theme-based parties to provide financial support for a designated initiative to enhance patient care.

We are pleased to announce the 24th Toast of the Town season will benefit the renovation of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at HSHS St. John’s Children’s Hospital.

Individuals and businesses are invited to buy tickets to the parties or become sponsors. Toast of the Town has raised more than $2 million since 1994.

Please join us as we continue this spectacular Springfield tradition. HSHS St. John’s Hospital cares for nearly 2,000 babies each year, 600 of whom are premature or seriously ill so we take our mission to deliver hope and miracles to our tiniest patients very seriously.

You can help us construct a new NICU designed specifically to create the optimal healing environment. Your support will help us provide families with greater peace of mind knowing the most technologically advanced, family-centered neonatal care is available right here, close to home.
